What a live-in day includes.
- Joyce sleeps in your home, every night of your trip.
- Your routine, kept. Meals, walks or let-outs and bedtime, the way you do them.
- Company all day. Joyce is out no more than 4 hours at a time, so your pets are never alone for long.
- A photo and a note sent to you every day.
- A lived-in house while you are away.
For snowbirds
A live-in stay suits snowbirds who go south for weeks or months in winter. Your pets stay home on their own routine, the house is lived in and watched through the cold, and Joyce sends you a photo and a note every day.

Two examples for one pet, with no holidays. A stay of 8 days or more is $95 a day.
A 6-week trip

Paid two weeks at a time: $1,330 before the stay starts, then $1,330 before week 3 and $1,330 before week 5.
More than one pet? An extra dog is $20 more a day, and an extra cat or small pet $10 more a day. Holidays add $20 a day.
How you pay. Live-in stays of up to 2 weeks are paid half before the stay starts, and the rest when you return. Longer stays are paid two weeks at a time, before each two weeks starts. If you come home early, the days not used are refunded. You pay by e-transfer.

Will my pets keep their routine?
Yes. Meals, walks or let-outs and bedtime stay the way you do them. Joyce learns the routine at the free meet and greet, when she visits your home to meet your pets.
How long is Joyce ever out?
No more than 4 hours at a time, so your pets are never alone for long.
Which pets does the price cover?
The daily price is for your first pet of any kind: a dog, a cat, a bird, a reptile, fish, a horse or a small animal. An extra dog is $20 more a day, and an extra cat or small pet $10 more a day.
Will I hear from Joyce while I'm away?
Every day. Joyce sends you a photo and a note.
How is this different from an overnight?
An overnight is $75 a night: Joyce comes at 6 pm and leaves by 8 am, and is not there during the day. On a live-in stay she is there day and night for your whole trip.
